Across 40 metres of beach frontage, the building emerges from the landscape in a way that tells a powerful story of this magical stretch of coast. The perfect north‑eastern aspect celebrates the morning light; free-flowing lines recall the ocean tides; fluid silhouettes shift and move, transforming the spaces with the ebb and flow of the day.
Burleigh has been shaped by water, the rugged headland giving way to the gentle curvature of the beach. To embody this concept I designed a building that mimics the natural rhythm of the tides. - Koichi Takada

The upper levels of the address offer Burleigh at its finest with a collection of Sub-Penthouse and double Ievel Penthouses complete with unobstructed 180-degree vistas to the stunning North and South headlands.
